Last May I spent three days deep in the Fraser Valley of southern British Columbia, a region that is on the edge of the wilderness. I took boat tours, met Sasquatch researchers and immersed myself in the area's history. I also ate and drank at some amazing restaurants and visited food producers near Harrison Hot Springs.
My article was published in the Taste section of Northwest Travel, a glossy print magazine. You can read a .pdf at http://www.beaconlit.com/NW%20Travel%20-%20deepinFV.pdf.
